Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments surrounding Coronavirus. First and foremost, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. We are taking the recommended steps by the CDC to ensure that we do everything in our power to prevent the spread of this serious virus. We will continue to remain open with a limited staff and reduced hours to successfully address your vehicle needs. Further, we have put significant processes in place to ensure our facility is clean and sanitized.  As always, our employees continue to follow proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.  Any employee who is experiencing illness has been instructed to stay home. We are practicing social distancing and will greet you with a hearty "Hello" in place of a handshake.  Additional updated services include:


1.                   For our Service locations, we recommend using the Night Drop to limit interactions during Service Appointments.

2.                   Shop Online 24-7 from your home or office.  Our employees are there to answer any questions you may have.

3.                   We are happy to provide a virtual test drive if you would like to see a vehicle in more detail from the safety of your home or office.

4.                   We are wiping down all door handles, steering wheels etc. of all inventory daily. We are thoroughly sanitizing any vehicle that was test driven by another customer. 

5.                   We are wearing protective gloves during vehicle appraisals and while working on your vehicle.



Before visiting a Novak Motors location, we ask that customers be able to answer "no" to these three questions as a precaution to protect our employees and customers.


1.                   Have you or anyone in your house traveled internationally in the last 14 days?

2.                   Does anyone in your household have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

3.                   Have you or anyone in your household been in contact with a person that has tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?
